On average, our standard lead time for showers, bath systems and shower pans is three weeks from the date of order.
Expedited shipping may be available, but shipping surcharges will apply.
Shipping Notes....
Our showers and baths are well packaged in wood crates that can weigh between 450lbs to 500lbs. Approximate dimensions are 83" wide x 71" length x 20" height.
- Residential deliveries require a lift gate to lower the shower to the ground.
- Commercial deliveries offloads the crated shower onto a loading dock.
- If possible, always have the assistance of an extra person when receiving the shower.
- If possible, always have the assistance of an extra person when removing the contents of the shipping container. This will minimize the risk of back injury and the damaging of contents when being removed from the packaging.
