RETURNED PRODUCTS MUST BE AUTHORIZED BY SAGE BATH & SHOWER
 
  Highlights of this Returned Goods Policy:
  • Returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee (freight excluded)
  • Freight costs on returned products will be paid by the customer
  • Credit will not be issued if the returned item is damaged
  • Credit will be issued if the product is returned in good condition and suitable for resale

When ordering our products, you are agreeing with the terms and conditions of this return policy statement.
 
All items must be inspected by the customer upon receipt. All requests for return due to damage must be reported to Sage Bath & Shower Warranty/Customer Service Department within 5 days of receipt of shipment.

All returns must be approved by the Warranty/Customer Service Department. All approved returns will be issued a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.

Return goods received without an assigned RGA number will not be considered for return or credit.

A Returned Goods Authorization is only valid for ninety (90) days. Sage Bath & Shower (sagebathrooms.com) will not accept goods or issue a credit if the product is not properly authorized and returned within the 90 day period.

Returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The restocking fee is based on the customer’s purchase price of the item(s) freight excluded.

All freight cost for returns goods will be the obligation of the company or individual requesting the return. Returns may be sent directly back to Sage Bath & Shower (sagebathrooms.com) or to the originating North American manufacturer of the product(s).

Upon arrival of the item(s) being returned to Sage Bath & Shower (sagebathrooms.com) or the originating manufacturer, a determination of the condition of those items will be made. The customer will be responsible for any damage to the items not already noted.

NOTE: CREDIT WILL NOT BE ISSUED IF THE ITEM IS NOT REPAIRABLE OR RESELLABLE. REPAIRABLE DAMAGE WILL INCUR AN ADDITIONAL $55.00 PER HOUR REPAIR COST. THIS COST IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE COMPANY OR INDIVIDUAL REQUESTING THE RETURN AND WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE CREDIT.

Special Order Items

Special order items cannot be returned for credit. There is no return or credit issued for special order items or units that cannot be resold. This determination will be solely held by our warranty department.
